Bond Scope of Work
· Repair subgrade and re-pave asphalt parking lot areas · Remove/replace broken concrete bus drive area · Upgrade exterior lighting for improved safety and security · Add a security vestibule at front entry of building including reception office, remove larger planter · Renovate all locker room spaces, boys and girls · Replace dishwasher and walk-in freezer/refrigerator · Replace existing bleacher in small gym with motorized bleachers · Replace ceiling tiles, repair/replace ceiling grid throughout building, where needed · Repaint exterior perimeter doors · Remove/replace HVAC equipment and boilers as required due to age · Upgrade HVAC controls from pneumatic to electronic · Upgrade electrical service and panels due to age/deterioration · Replace all galvanized water piping to copper due to dielectric disintegration · Upgrade exterior lighting for improved safety and security at Field House · Replace walkway bridges at Field House · Replace entire roof on Field House · Renovate coaches office area at Field House · Replace lockers and benches in each locker room, and replace ceiling tiles at Field House · Upgrade fire alarm system at Field House · Remove/replace HVAC equipment as required due to age at Field House · Upgrade electrical service and panels due to age/deterioration at Field House · Replace all galvanized water piping to copper due to dielectric disintegration at Field House
Current Activities
· Project is complete.
· General Contractor has completed warranty items noted at the 11 month walk through. The architect, District and Gilbane are in the final stages of reviewing control trending history to insure that the system is performing as designed prior to acceptance.
