· Re-grade portions of site around building for improved drainage
· Remove/replace broken concrete at service yard area
· Add a security vestibule at front entry of building
· Replace floor tile in gym after subsurface slab repairs
· Upgrade restrooms to meet ADA accessibility codes
· Remove/replace chillers and pumps, add electric re-heat and provide new ductwork
· Upgrade HVAC controls from pneumatic to electronic
· Replace all galvanized water piping to copper due to dielectric disintegrati
