Bond Scope of Work
· Re-grade portions of site around building for improved drainage
· Remove/replace exterior sewer lines to improve outflow capability
· Remove/replace bus drop-off canopy that is taller/wider
· Remove/replace exterior doors
· Replace gym floor due to buckling
· Add ceiling in kitchen for health/sanitation
· Upgrade HVAC controls from pneumatic to electronic
· Remove/replace HVAC equipment and boiler where required due to age
· Add UV lights in air handling units for occupant health and improved maintenance
· Upgrade exterior lighting for improved safety and security
· Upgrade electrical service and panels due to age/deterioration
· Replace all galvanized water piping to copper due to dielectric disintegration
· Remove/replace balance of roof
· Replace gas utility lines on roof with roof replacement
