· Bid documents were made available for interested contractors starting on July 13.

· Eleven (11) competitive sealed proposals (CSP) were received and opened on August 5.

· The evaluation team is reviewing the proposals.

· We anticipate that a contractor recommendation will be on the August School Board agenda for consideration.
