Bond Scope of Work
· Add a security vestibule at front entry of building · Repair perimeter doors for proper seal · Remove/replace elementary height toilet partitions to taller · Remove/replace HVAC equipment where required · Upgrade HVAC controls from pneumatic to electronic · Add UV lights in air handling units for occupant health and improved maintenance · Replace all galvanized water piping to copper due to dielectric disintegration
