Bond Scope of Work
· Remove/replace heaved concrete sidewalks at building perimeter
· Remove/replace entry doors due to advanced deterioration
· Replace ceiling tiles and grid in the old building portion: classrooms and main quarters
· Add RFP to Cafeteria walls
· Remove/replace Air Handling Units, where required due to age
· Upgrade HVAC controls from pneumatic to electronic
· Upgrade exterior lighting for improved safety and security, where required
· Add UV lights in air handling units for occupant health and improved maintenance
· Replace all galvanized water piping to copper due to dielectric disintegration
