  ·  Remove chalkboards in classrooms, replace with whiteboards
  ·  Upgrade exterior lighting for improved safety and security
  ·  Remove/replace chillers, pumps and boiler due to age/unreliability
  ·  Remove/replace roof
  ·  Add T-bldg and covered walkway for Special Programs
