· Project was substantially complete on June 1. Complex is now under the control of Lamar CISD.

· Project closeout meetings are held weekly on Thursday morning.

· Contractor is working on completion list items.

· Owner demonstrations are ninety-nine percent (99%) complete.

· Furniture delivery and assembly is complete at Reading Jr. High and ninety-eighty percent (98%) complete at George Ranch High School.

· Computer installation by Lamar CISD technology department is ongoing.

· Site signage is ninety percent (90%) complete.

· Work has begun on the maintenance and athletic storage metal building located behind and between the baseball and softball fields.

· An open house for the design committee occurred on the evening of August 11.

· Principals and their staff preparing for opening day of school 2010 -2011.

FM 762 Road Widening (front of George Ranch High School complex)

· Progress meetings were held on July 14 and July 28.

· Asphalt pavement installation is complete at drives and roadway.

· The signal light installation is complete and operational.

· School zone signs have been installed by TxDOT.

· TxDOT representatives will be inspecting for final completion and acceptance.
