· Upgrade exterior lighting for improved safety and security
· Resurface tennis courts
· Relocate outside weight room to an inside building area
· Replace dishwasher and walk-in freezer/refrigerator, add fire suppression system over existing exhaust hood, and remove kitchen equipment which is no longer needed
· Remove/replace all exterior doors and glass frames due to deterioration
· Remove/replace chillers, pumps and boilers and associated HVAC equipment as required due to age/deterioration and need to meet ASHRAE ventilation standards
· Upgrade electrical service and panels due to age/deterioration
· Replace all galvanized water piping to copper due to dielectric disintegration
