Bond Scope of Work
· Add a security vestibule at front entry of building
· Replace carpeting in approx. ½ of building, where required
· Remove/replace HVAC equipment due to age/unreliability
· Add covered walkways to T-buildings
Current Activity:
· Contractor is working on close out documentation.
· We anticipate project closeout recommendation will be on the March school board agenda for consideration.
· The testing and balance consultant is assessing each of the schools with new mechanical equipment and submitting reports by school as completed.
